We are seeking skilled and dedicated RF Installation Team Members/ Team Leaders/COC to join Huawei’s MTN, Telkom, and Vodacom project in South Africa. This role is critical in ensuring the successful installation, integration, and commissioning of RF equipment to support network expansion and optimization.

Generator Deployment Technician is responsible to deploy, refuel commercial Mobile Generators and refuel Static generators as well as do basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on these units to ensure maximum network availability within the allocated FM office (defined geographical area) and/or sub-cluster within an FM office.

A RF (Radio Frequency) Installation Technician is responsible for the physical setup, configuration, and testing of wireless communication equipment. The RF Installation Technician is the hands-on professional who builds and maintains the actual site infrastructure

A Microwave Installation Technician specializes in the physical deployment, alignment, and commissioning of microwave radio links that form the backbone of wireless communication networks.

Radio Network Optimization (RNO) technicians in South Africa play a crucial role in ensuring that mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G) meet performance, capacity, and quality standards. Working on projects for major operators (e.g., MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, Telkom) and vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia), these professionals analyse network data to optimize coverage and user experience, often working with Drive Test data and Network Management Systems (NMS).
