Role Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. This role is ideal for an individual with strong numerical skills and a passion for finance and administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create invoices on pastel.
  • Upload POW and Quotes on accounting system.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administrator, or studying towards the related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
