Fleet Coordinator

Role Purpose

Coordinate all function for the Fleet division. Procure vehicle/equipment information with departments in accordance with department needs and budget. Communicate with departments and outside vendors to ensure the accuracy of vehicle specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing and filing of documents for new and rental vehicles.
  • Record keeping of Sold or Written Off vehicles.
  • Responsible for vehicle inspections for new and returned vehicles.
  • Compile log sheet summary and deductions.
  • Updating of the Keyfleet database with new vehicle information and requesting of new employee usernames and password.
  • Updating of the Bidtrack/Protrack database on new vehicles as well as removal of vehicles.
  • Responsible for compiling speeding report to relevant departments.
  • Ensure Keyfleet are updated by the drivers.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of Keyfleet Invoices.
  • Monitoring of weekly and monthly mileage update.
  • Responsible for booking of services.
  • Responsible for booking of rental vehicles.
  • Roadside assistance/accidents incidents.
  • Request E-wallet & Invoice Payments.

Job Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle tracking.
  • 2 -5 years’ experience in fleet department.
