Role Purpose
Coordinate all function for the Fleet division. Procure vehicle/equipment information with departments in accordance with department needs and budget. Communicate with departments and outside vendors to ensure the accuracy of vehicle specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing and filing of documents for new and rental vehicles.
- Record keeping of Sold or Written Off vehicles.
- Responsible for vehicle inspections for new and returned vehicles.
- Compile log sheet summary and deductions.
- Updating of the Keyfleet database with new vehicle information and requesting of new employee usernames and password.
- Updating of the Bidtrack/Protrack database on new vehicles as well as removal of vehicles.
- Responsible for compiling speeding report to relevant departments.
- Ensure Keyfleet are updated by the drivers.
- Responsible for reconciliation of Keyfleet Invoices.
- Monitoring of weekly and monthly mileage update.
- Responsible for booking of services.
- Responsible for booking of rental vehicles.
- Roadside assistance/accidents incidents.
- Request E-wallet & Invoice Payments.
Job Requirements
- Matric.
- Working knowledge of vehicle tracking.
- 2 -5 years’ experience in fleet department.
